Idea

Make the ultimate statement about peace by extending the olive branch to McDonalds, offering to join forces to make the first McWhopper.

Execution

An open letter to McDonalds that invites them to join forces on world peace day for the one off stunt.

Notes

This feels like the perfect intersection of two moments. On the one hand, Youtube was buzzing with fast food reviews, burger hacking and home fast food recipes were dominating internet culture. On the other hand world peace one day was gaining steam and created a meaningful platform for Burger King to grab on to. Brilliant idea, wonder what would have happened if McDonalds agreed. Probably worked out better in their favour that Maccas said no.
