Create a silent way for victims to contact the police so that they are safe to call for help.

Execution

A digital portal that provides victims access to help, activated by calling the police and "knocking" a number twice.

Notes

Seen a few of these ideas, specifically the one in Turkey a few years earlier by Vodaphone, but this does feel genuinely useful. Live chat that looks like google search bar is very smart.
