Idea

Subvert "first world problems" by getting people in developing countries to parody them.

Execution

A montage of people in developing nations complaining about 'first world problems' to show how ridiculous our annoyances are.

Notes

This is so jarring right from the beginning. It does a great job of holding up the mirror and making you feel like a fool for ever complaining about what they say. Bonus points for how insightful each "problem" is. I've said basically everything in here.
