Notes
The attitude and style of this is phenomonal. Peak 2000. The direct to camera portraits work really well and I love the unexpected use of jump cuts. There's a really interesting mix of lighting and colour effects that differentiates each person in their own distinct environment. They could have had these people holding controllers or in the spot where they videogames, but keeping them in their own worlds and leaving their videogame life up to imagination is what makes this ad feel special.
